Is it a live class or video-recorded sessions?

Our classes are conducted live with a personal tutor. This allows real-time interaction, personalized guidance, and the opportunity to ask questions. We use platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for our online sessions.
How does the free trial work?

Simply fill out our contact form, and we'll schedule three free trial classes for you. You'll meet your teacher, experience our teaching methodology, and decide if we're the right fit—completely free with no credit card required.
Can I choose a male or female teacher?

Absolutely! We have both male and female certified teachers available. When you register, let us know your preference, and we'll match you with the perfect instructor.
What if I miss a class?

We understand life happens! If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll arrange a makeup class at your convenience.
How long are the classes?

Our standard classes are 30 minutes. We also offer 45-minute and 60-minute sessions depending on student needs and goals.
What technology do I need?

You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection. We use Zoom or Microsoft Teams, both free and easy to use.
Does the teacher take quizzes?

Yes, to reinforce learning and track progress, we conduct quizzes once a month covering the material taught in class.
Can my children share classes?

While one-on-one classes are recommended, siblings at similar levels can share classes to reduce costs.
Do you provide certificates?
